Examination Stage

During the Examination Stage, our team focus on an assessment of the project based on the deliverables from the commencement stage. The team focuses of the production of an assessment report AKA Business Requirement Document (BRD) that is an articulated compilation of every little detail required and recommended technology(ies) for the complete execution of the project. We provide a work break down structure and resource management report to give our clients a solid understanding of who does what and how it is done with focus on quality, cost and time.

Deployment Stage

Finally during the Implementation Stage, MSIL begins to engage all resources to create and deploy the solutions based on the Business Requirement Document (BRD). The client is carried along and kept in the loop at each stage for design approvals through our online project management tool. This tool allows us to keep track of changes, updates and comments from all authorized stakeholders into ensuring that the project, no matter how small or large, is a complete success.
